Stunning victory of Barcelona in the Super cup

 Barcelona secured a commanding 5-2 victory over Real Madrid in the Spanish Super Cup final held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on January 12, 2025. 


**Match Analysis and Scoreline:**


Real Madrid took an early lead in the 5th minute through Kylian Mbappé. 


However, Barcelona responded emphatically:


- **22nd Minute:** Lamine Yamal equalized with a precise left-footed strike. 


- **31st Minute:** Robert Lewandowski converted a penalty after Eduardo Camavinga's foul on Gavi. 


- **35th Minute:** Raphinha headed in a cross from Jules Koundé. 


- **45th+10 Minute:** Alejandro Balde finished a swift counter-attack, making it 4-1 at halftime. 


Early in the second half, Raphinha scored his second goal, extending Barcelona's lead to 5-1. 


Despite Wojciech Szczęsny's red card reducing Barcelona to ten men, Real Madrid managed only a consolation goal from Rodrygo's free-kick.
